These Terms of Use govern your use of Contact Links, the iPhone app that helps you organize contacts with quick actions, saved locations, map tools, Collections, duplicate cleanup, imports, and backups.

Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading or using Contact Links, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Contact Links

You may use Contact Links only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. The app is intended to help you manage contact information, saved places, quick actions, Collections, and related data on your device. You are responsible for the information you add, import, edit, merge, export, or share through the app.

Your Contacts and Content

You may only access, manage, or share contact information, saved locations, quick actions, Collection names, descriptions, and notes when you have the right to do so. Before deleting or merging contacts, review the changes carefully and create a backup if appropriate. Contact changes may sync with iCloud or other accounts based on your iPhone settings.

Permissions and Device Features

Some features require access to Contacts or Location services. You control those permissions in iOS Settings. If you turn a permission off, the associated feature may not work as intended.

Quick Actions and Third-Party Services

Contact Links can open phone calls, messages, WhatsApp, websites, social profiles, maps, and directions when you choose an action. You can choose Apple Maps or Google Maps for shared location links. These third-party apps and services are not controlled by Contact Links and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Imports, Exports, and Backups

You are responsible for keeping exported VCF files and full backups secure and available. Automatic Backup keeps the latest encrypted backup on your device and can add an encrypted copy to a Files folder you choose. Full backups can include your saved locations, quick actions, and Collections. Importing, restoring, recovering, merging, or deleting data may change the contacts and app data on your device. Contact Links does not guarantee that a backup, import, or recovery will meet every individual data-recovery need.

Availability and Updates

We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable app, but cannot guarantee that Contact Links will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, iOS version, account, or third-party service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Contact Links is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for loss of contacts, locations, links, backups, or other data resulting from your use of the app, device settings, synchronization services, third-party services, or actions you choose to take in the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Contact Links after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
